Holm Bay is committed to operating responsibly, reducing it’s impact on the environment.

Here’s some or our activities:

• To avoid waste and protect natural resources, we operate a responsible consumption approach and print all our products to order.
• We work with print labs in UK, US, Australia and Europe. Your order will be sent from your nearest lab, reducing the carbon cost of shipping.
• Compostable wheat and bamboo fibre phone cases are promoted as the most sustainable option.  Not only are they eco-friendly, but they are strong too (passing a 5 feet drop test).
• Holm Bay offers a free mobile phone case recycling service Holm-Cycle, for those who aren’t ready to switch to a bio product.  See below.

With Holm-Cycle you can earn a 10% discount voucher to spend in Holm Bay with our Holm-Cycle scheme. Simply send us your plastic phone case and we’ll recycle it and send you a 10% voucher to say thanks.

Mobile phone cases are classed as ‘hard to recycle’ and can’t go in kerbside recycling collections. Many contain a mix of materials and need to be handled by a specialist company.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we offer an innovative recycling service for old phone cases.  Simply send us your mobile phone cases and these will be sent to TerraCycle® for recycling. So instead of being landfilled or incinerated, your phone case will be turned into raw materials that can be reused.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT SEND MOBILE PHONES, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ELECTRONIC WASTE.

How do I send a phone case for recycling?

1. Place your phone case in an envelope.

2. Add a note inside with your name and email address.

3. Pop in the post with a first or second class stamp to: Holm Bay Studio. c/o 53 Althorp Drive, Penarth CF64 5FJ

We’ll email you your voucher (don’t forget to check your junk folder).
